21.01.2022 The Cadillac club was treated to a tour of historic black rock house yesterday which has been restored to its former glory, much like our cars. The tour guides were very good and well informed. After the tour we cruised to Mordialloc for lunch and more socializing. We had 32 people there and a good range of cars. The next event will be the Seymour Tram museum.

19.01.2022 Day 3 Sale. Gippsland vehicle collection. The Cadillac club enjoyed some time at the museum including a massive collection of models worth $300 000 that were donated by a private owner for everyone to enjoy. We then had woodfired pizza for lunch and then dinner at the greyhound races. The dogs were so fast that they were a blur on the camera. It was a very enjoyable day.

16.01.2022 Day 1. Sale weekend. For those who dont know this weekend our club is doing a cruise through Gippsland and we are staying at Sale. This morning we met up and cruised in convoy to the brown coal museum at Yallorn North which is quite good. After a nice lunch in Morwell we looked around the antique shops in Rosedale. We are now enjoying a dinner at our hotel. There is a good selection of Cadillacs here and I'm sure it will be a great weekend.

15.01.2022 Since the Victorian Cadillac club can't do any cruises at the moment I'll share this one from Queensland.

13.01.2022 Day 4 Sale. In the morning we lined up the cars in year order for some great photos before heading to the Gippsland armed forces museum which was really well set out including a large trailer mounted gun with a moving mechanism so we could see how it worked. We then stopped at the Rosedale bakery. Ron had trouble with a fuel pump on the way home so Tony and I stopped to help. Tony's expert diagnosis got it fixed and back on the road in no time. It was a great little trip away.

03.01.2022 Day 2 at Sale. The Cadillac club started at the museum of timeless memories in Sale which was an amazing collection of almost everything from cars to kettles including thousands of collectable items and it was all displayed immaculately. Peter and Rose put on a cooked lunch for us. After lunch we did a boat cruise on the Rubeena which holds the record for the longest continuously licensed boat in Australia. We cruised down the river to the historic swing bridge seeing a koala, birds, an echidna and fish splashing, but no crocodiles. We finished the day with a nice dinner.

02.01.2022 The Cadillac club had a fantastic and relaxed day at Kathleen's property in Clematis on Saturday. The weather was perfect for this time of year and there was plenty of time to get the Cadillacs home in the garage before the rain. There was goats and sheep to pat, there were sausages and scones, there was a poet and log fires along with a great turnout of Cadillacs.
