25.01.2022 A few picks of the radial screen boards when finished. Icluding a little gate and a tall section that hides an old shed and utiliry area.

24.01.2022 "Before and after" this spring. This one was looking ugly. Nice new house in a sea of orange mud.

24.01.2022 Vertical Garden water feature built by Jesse.

24.01.2022 Prepping some Spotted Gum off site.

23.01.2022 One of my favourites from last year.

23.01.2022 Here we grow again. Job open, Citrus and Prunus prepped for transplant.

22.01.2022 This is complete garden from August.

21.01.2022 Mind my trailer

20.01.2022 Retaining walls in Research.

20.01.2022 Living with Warrandyte clay can prove tricky for growing vegetables and herbs. This spring Mick has created a little hydroponic vegetable deck garden! I'm looking forward to cooking with the yummy produce! Will keep you posted with the progress!

19.01.2022 These tensioned steel braids dont provide much for the little scandents to get hold of. But should provide easy maintenance down the track. With 80cm gaps between each wire, they may need a little help to find thier way This is my " vertical arbor" Hopefully it will hide the boat soon!

19.01.2022 More Spotted Gum and Basalt together with earth moving and retaining to improve access. "Key hole" landscaping, moved 10 cubic metres out through 620mm opening.

19.01.2022 This garden in Balwyn has been completed in stages. I am pleased with the end result as are the clients.

18.01.2022 This yard is rather long and narrow with a level change of about one metre. Two garden rooms and extra interest were created with this arrangement of sleepers, Spotted Gum and Alphonse Karr clumping Bamboo. Also featuring 30mm Travertine on sand and road base.

17.01.2022 This inner city courtyard is small. No room for clutter.

16.01.2022 That monkey again!

16.01.2022 This is my favourite garden for spring 2016. Probably one of my favourite ever. I didn't get to do the planting unfortunately, but I know the clients are going to do a great job of it. Maybe I will get some more pics down the track. Its a frog habitat theme. It diverts storm water through a little wetland and a pond via a creek. Water is released into a billabong outside the property boundary.

11.01.2022 Hydroponic Handrail Garden - Basil smells and tastes as good as it looks!

10.01.2022 This little job was quite pleasing. Steep access to the deck which was sort of bisected by the building anyway. A leisurely level transition zone was created within the footprint of the original deck using mostly recycled material. Soon a pond similar to the one pictured will be added and access will be a walk in the park.

10.01.2022 A few weeks later, safe to step out the door.

09.01.2022 These little steps tidy things up. They frame the old Boral Handypave units quite nicely so that everythings ties together, looks smart and is cost effective. I enjoy getting a good result for budgets big or small.

09.01.2022 Beware the cheapest quote, or the contractor ready to make an immideate start. I see this sort of thing all the time. 300mm in the ground, 800mm above ground. No womder the retaining wall is being pushed over. The custer who paid for this was ripped off.

08.01.2022 Cadogan Gardens is seeking to employ a Landscaper or Landscape labourer for work in the eastern suburbs. Casual basis. Part time or full time hours depending on skill level. Contact Mick on 0432 050 975 or email resume to [email protected]

08.01.2022 Uncluttered! Apologies for the photography, could have done better. There is a nice timber screen at this end.

07.01.2022 Completing this one has been a challenge as Melbourne had been lashed with rain during the coldest June in nearly two decades

07.01.2022 Closing the gate on 2017 (some what belated post

07.01.2022 Last job for 2014, before, during and after.

06.01.2022 This is a bioswale in City of Whitehorse. Bioswale or raingardens as they are sometimes called, detain and improve stormwater before it enters the stormwater system. These little gardens looked quite nice until Whitehorse waste collection dumped bins all over it, crushing plants and adding contaminents. The landscape industry tries to improve our built environment. Have a little respect dudes.

06.01.2022 This pool project is at the front of the home so it required more than just compliant fencing. These structures also provide privacy and architectural wow factor at the front of the home. Stay tuned for pictures of the project complete!

05.01.2022 Beastie of the Month ( ye I missed a few) my client has feathery friends.

04.01.2022 July's best beastie. (As per brick depth, about 70mm toe to toe. Love Hunties.

04.01.2022 This job in Blackburn is nearly finished and looks great. The raised planter box has Spotted Gum built in seating and the Bluestone has been instaled on a subgrade of road base and sand. Thanks to Pavers Plus in Ringwood for 30mm thick Bluestone with a slight bevel on the edge.

04.01.2022 There was a bit of a dead space at the rear of the property, the ground fell away to the boundary line. Clumping Bamboo will provide privacy to 5 metres. The produce garden will get a few hours sun through the middle of the day. Probably useful in summer only once the Bamboo jumps up.

04.01.2022 This is a childrens play instalation I built recently for a preschool. It includes a little cascade and then a dry creek bed for water to soak away. Rain tank and hand pump installed by others.

01.01.2022 Beautiful morning for trudging about in the mud.

01.01.2022 This bbq bench top and cabinet contains the pump and reservoir for the hydroponic handrail garden as well as bbq gas cylinders and some bonsai tools. It features recycled hardwood fence palings and awaits a coat of oil.
