24.01.2022 How many people out there do this. One of the first things you do in the morning is get up go into the kitchen, fill up the kettle and turn it on to make a coffee or hot drink. Now then you go have a shower or get ready for work, then come back and turn the kettle on again to make another hot drink. WELL here is a FACT "A KETTLE ON STARTUP DRAWS ALMOST AS MUCH POWER AS AN OVEN". that is a lot of power every time you want a hot drink. Here is the answer "GO OUT BUY YOURSE...LF A GOOD THERMOS THEN BOIL THE KETTLE ONCE IN THE MORNING AND FILL THE THERMOS, A GOOD THERMOS WILL KEEP THE WATER HOT ALL DAY". Not to mention all the time you save by not having to boil a kettle each time. 22.01.2022 Out there those people who have an exhaust fan, either in their bathroom or toilet. Well an exhaust fan is designed to move air from one place to another. So to allow the fan to move easier and to reduce the running cost of using the fan, leave a window slightly open to allow greater air movement through the fan. 19.01.2022 Hey everyone it is a big couple of weeks coming up for us. We are doing a roller skating rink in Pakenham, which is the biggest job we have undertaken so far. I hope to show some photos on here once it is all finished.

18.01.2022 So we all have standby equipment in our house and office. We have TV, DVD players, digital boxes, microwaves, computers and even you phone charger. Well all the equipment for an average house hold can add up to about 16% of you annual Electricity cost, thats 16% of your money down the drain. Well you have 2 options 1- you can walk around your house each night and switch everything off at the power point and then switch it back on again in the morning. 2- Call CAEC Electrics... and we can come and install power points that are controlled by 1 switch, thats 1 switch you need to switch off at night which can save you money. 14.01.2022 Hey everyone was talking to a customer of mine tonight. They were asking me about the ledified LED downlight globes. Hey got quoted $300 for 10 globes and that's not even installed. I can supply and install a full LED kit fir $40 per light direct change over. That's 10 downlights installed for only an extra $100. Ledified is a rip off.

13.01.2022 A standard heligon downlight uses 50 watts of energy with a low light output while you can get an led downlight that uses only 10 watts of energy that has a much greater light output by a bit over a third. Therefore if you have downlights or are thinking of getting downlights your best option us to get less of them and use led therefore saving money on the energy usage

06.01.2022 Hey everyone have just found some new LED downlights that are really good and very bright. They only use 8 watts of power compared to standard downlights which use 35 watts of power. That means you can have 8 LED downlights for the same wattage as a standard downlight. So in saying that I can change over standard downlight to LED downlights for $55 inc GST each.
