24.01.2022 Part of a Injury rehabilitation program is an improved body composition. This results in less load on joints as there is less deadweight and more support from increased muscle mass. This is usually tied in with improvement in muscular strength/endurance, power, speed and cardiovascular function. Massive improvement over all of the above areas for this individual Ive been working with over the past year which has lead to increased movement performance and reduction in pain from spinal injures sustained whilst in the army.
