22.01.2022 A great big thank you to everyone, all of our existing long time customers and even our new customers and friends. We have been in business now here in the Huon Valley for 11 years this month and none of this would have been possible without everyone's continuing support. We cannot express how much appreciation we have for everyone's continual patronage. We would also like to add that due to changed family circumstances our trading hours will be affected as of Monday 26t...h August 2019. Our proposed trading hours will be as follows: Monday's Tuesday's & Wednesday's we will be closed Thursdays 5pm -9pm Friday's 5pm - 930pm Saturday's 5pm -9pm Sunday's 5pm - 9pm We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause for our customers but also a huge thanks for your appreciation and understanding during this time. 13.01.2022 Hi all, 201 Wood Fired will be closed tonight due to a minor accident, we will however be open for trade Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd August at our normal hours. 02.01.2022 Hi all just an update post for all of our customers. With everything that is going on healthwise, closures and limitations being enforced, we will be looking into a slight cut down in our trading days. At the moment we will still trade as normal but unfortunately we will only be able to serve takeaways as the dine in option has been cancelled. We do apologise for this upset and as always we will strive to do the best we can for the community that has supported us for the last 12 year's we have been operating in the Huon Valley. We hope everyone stays safe during these uncertain times and our best wishes are with you all. Updates on our trading days and hours will follow.
