07.01.2022 Next week we embark on a journey of the unknown. Whilst my dream of opening a French Patisserie is finally becoming reality we enter it with nervousness and excitement. I am super proud of the team I have supporting us as is Mark. Mark, Liz, Steph & Mariah will be keeping the wheels in motion at the cafe and our casual staff will return when Covid lifts. Keep an eye on their wonderful theme nights during the week. The patisserie will see Bec & Kelly baking some amazing delights & Lara producing spectacular coffee on her new machine.
