20.01.2022 ** IMPORTANT UPDATE ** We have made a decision, that as of close of business Friday night, we will be temporarily closing our doors to the public. There are a few reasons behind this - 1. It is VERY quiet (which is a good thing, as it means people are doing the right thing and staying home) but as a business, it makes it hard with cash flow. 2. Margi has been advised that she should NOT be here, due to her underlying health problems. 3. We have noticed a LOT of strangers i...n town! Usually this would be great to see, but to us, at this time, it is worrying! They are coming to our shop, paying with cash ... We don't know where these people are from, where they've been, where there money has been!! Etc etc. Hayley will still be in on Wednesday and Friday mornings from approx 9am - 11am to do our usual coffee orders. So if you see her in there and feel like a coffee, just knock on the door We are still taking catering orders, and also have some great ideas in the pipeline for after Easter. So stay tuned. THANK YOU for supporting us during this difficult time. We have not made this decision lightly, it has taken us all week!! But we also need to be looking after ourselves. 03.01.2022 To our valued customers and the wider community Here at Cafe On McCoy we are taking extra caution during this time of world wide pandemic! Our tables, chairs, door handles, counter, till and eftpos machine are being regularly sanitised for your safety and ours! Our hands are being washed/sanitised more than ever, and we ask you to do the same - we have sanitiser on the front counter. We have moved an extra table outside to the fresh air, and so that there is more space betw...een tables in the shop. Please leave your dirty dishes on the table so we are aware it needs sanitising (please no dirty dishes to be bought up to the counter!!) If you are avoiding public places, you can phone your order through 85413379 and even pay over the phone via card!! Then all you have to do is pick up - no money handling or waiting around!
