Persian Halim. they are other different Halims in the world. in Iran Halim made of shredded mashed meat with mashed wheat. it’s take at least 5hours to cook and every minute needs to stair other wise will get burned so quick. In Iran some people eat it salty and some others add sugar. In Tehran mostly have sweet version for brunch on Fridays (weekend in Iran). For tomorrow Sunday brunch, we will serve Persian Halim as special dish in our menuPlease make a booking because we limited 10 people inside and 10 people outside the cafe. Hamed's Persian Kitchen
