21.01.2022 Cafe for sale!!! Modern and welcoming. Big $$$ fit out!! Only 12 months old!... Situated in NSW, Cowra’s main St. With plenty of on street parking availability. Along with rear access, and free public car park at the rear. It’s location is ideally situated, with nearby motels, schools, council chambers, supermarkets, medical centres, fire and police. Although the cafe has only been operating for a short time, it already boasts a very well established, loyal customers base. Along with currently possessing a reputation, for the best coffee, service and fit out in Cowra, and surrounding townships. The cafe is currently trading 6 days, and is using between 20-25kg of product per week, and growing!! The lease has not long been renewed, along with the option to further extend, up to 3 yrs.
