23.01.2022 Today is International Chefs Day! As self-confessed foodies, we're commited to celebrating this noble profession, especially our very own Chef Albert We checked in with Albert yesterday and he shared his three top lockdown dishes. They are: 1. Singapore Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle 2. Nonya Bak Chang (Rice Dumpling) and 3. Salmon Dynamite Rice. Yum If you're wondering what's happening with the Crossway Cafe, Chef Albert hopes to open sometime in November, but we'll keep you posted.
