15.01.2022 WE ARE BACK OPEN FOR DINE-IN As of tomorrow we are able to seat up to 20 people at a time. While it isn’t the most ideal option, we will adjust- like we have throughout the last few months. We ask for your patience during this time and appreciate everyone’s ongoing support. We as a team have taken all necessary precautions and training to ensure we are ready to open. What this will mean now with the 20 seated cap, is that we will experiment with a two seating window during... the evenings. One at 6pm and the other at 7:30pm. During the day (mon-fri) we will allow the flow of people to come in up until it hits the limit. Saturday and Sunday breakfast will also have a seated window on each hour for an hour. Hopefully this will be sufficient- we are only experimenting after all and will change subject to the first week. We do recommend booking to ensure no disappointment. Upon entering we will need to check the COVID app has been downloaded by patrons or document contact details incase of a spread. We are all in this together! 15.01.2022 Our loving Yiayia (granny) Anne Litis, wife of Harry(dec) suddenly passed away on Sunday 20th May. She was a beautiful, caring and vibrant lady and we will miss her constant presence at our Bella Rosa. Everyone who met her adored her. Thank you to all our wonderful customers who became her treasured friends. We shall be closing Thursday (24th May) evening to host a private wake for the family. 05.01.2022 To our extended family, In response to addressing the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic we want to reassure you that we are taking all necessary precautionary and proactive measures to ensure patron health and safety. What are we doing In addition to our already rigorous cleaning and disinfecting practices, we have scheduled hourly cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces including but not limited to door handles, restroom locks, tabletops, benches, menus, water bottles and doors.... We have placed several hand sanitizing stations around the front counter of the restaurant. We will be trying our best where we can to increase the spacing between all tables, to allow for acceptable social distancing. And as such will be now seating patrons rather than allowing you to sit where you feel comfortable. All employees who are experiencing signs of being unwell are to remain at home now until such time they are 100% to return to work. We will no longer be accepting the use of keep cups/reusable coffee cups to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
