23.01.2022 Low fat version of this tonight. Replaced cream with yoghurt, used a good pan with a brush of oil to brown the chicken, and 20g ghee in the thermie with the garlic. Bulked it out too did 10 lovely legs not 6. Extra tips I swilled the frypan out with the stock, and put the spices in a plastic bag to shake and coat the chicken.
