08.01.2022 We’ve been busy coming up with a delicious roast vegetable tart perfect for lunch today! Variations for everyone! Flaky puff pastry, roasted beetroot, sweet potato, pumpkin, red capsicum, red onion, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes all roasted in an olive oil and raspberry vinaigrette. If that’s not enough we’ve teamed them up with basil pesto, olive pesto and we have a tomato chilli pesto. Cream cheese, feta cheese,Parmesan and mozzarella variations. Are you hungry yet?
