Our health and hygiene practices have always been highly regarded at the premises. We have implemented extra measures at this time for not only our staff but also our customers entering the venue to ensure the well being of everyone around us. ... We hope we can provide you with a sense of reassurance to continue to provide a safe and welcoming venue, as per usual. We do ask that all customers entering the premises use the sanitiser provided, and have a sense of diligence on themselves, if you are feeling unwell, please reconsider coming in. 04.01.2022 A quick appology to all our customer's on Sunday the 7th April we experienced extensive delays within our kitchen which resulted in you as customers having to wait well beyond accepted time frames for your meals to arrive. This was totally unacceptable for our cafe as we pride ourselves on fast service even during our busiest periods. Unfortunately 2 of our kitchen staff called in sick in Sunday so understandably they were under pressure. Again we sincerely apologize and thank those who waited patiently and acknowledge your frustration.
