23.01.2022 Cafe La Corp will reopen next Monday the 11th of January, at our usual time of 7am. We look forward to seeing our regular customers again after the 3 weeks' break, as well as new customers who decide to come along. Happy New Year from Cafe La Corp!

08.01.2022 Our colourful and delicious veggie burger is pictured, and it also has a vegan option, replacing the mayo with avocado, and switching to vegan cheese. Any of our burgers can have plant based alternatives to replace the meat, so there is lots of variety available for all dietary needs. Plenty of gluten free options too!

01.01.2022 With Spring only days away, we are changing our seasonal menu. The new menu includes some of the Chilean influence that our chef Alex grew up with. We have expanded our burger range to include the Completo, Churrasco and Grilled Haloumi Burger. These dishes will replace the soups which will be less in demand in the warm weather. ... Pebre is a must have on every table in Chile. Combining fresh aromatic coriander, onion and chilli, it gives any dish an extra flavour boost. We have included pebre in the new burgers. Avocado is native to Chile and provides a lovely creamy balance to the pebre, as does mayonnaise. The Churrasco and Completo include avocado. The Completo is the Chilean take on the hot dog, but the flavours and textures make it both unique and delicious.
