14.01.2022 Café Macarthur has gone next level with daily fresh cold pressed, in our café, seasonal juices !! Cold pressed juice can help ease the strain of detoxification on your body. They're chock full of nutrients that are geared towards fighting toxins and boosting immunity and health. Cold pressed juice is so potent and instantaneous because it lacks the fibrous pulp of the whole fruits and vegetables. Maximum health benefits are obtained if juice is consumed within 24 hours o...f juicing. We have a special price for juice of the day! Our current juice of the day is carrot celery ginger and green apple !! Carrots are packed with vitamin A, which is of importance to our health: proper vision, immune function, reproductive health, cell formation and cell communication. Carrot juice also contains antioxidant nutrients, including vitamin C. One medium stalk of celery offers a decent amount of vitamin A, C, K, minerals such as sodium and potassium, nitrates, antioxidants, and more. Meaning, drinking its juice, actually reduces inflammation, improves digestive function, and assists in regulation of blood pressure. It is also an ample source of manganese, which is needed in the maintenance of brain and nerve function. Apples are rich in antioxidants, contains phytochemicals which are believed to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, asthma, and more. Apples also contain soluble fiber that is fermented by gut bacteria helping healthy gut flora thrive. I can go on and on about this miracle of a fruit. 06.01.2022 Amazing news .... Café Macarthur is investing in one of the best juicers on the market !! It is a Greenstar pro commercial complete masticating cold press juicer. This juicer yields a highly nutritious juice. There are many juicers on the market that juice fast, however these do not give the best quality juice with the most nutritional value. We will let you know when the juicer has arrived (should be around a week) and let us know any requests ! This machine is particularly great for celery juice !! Super healthy !!!
