But in spite of the odds, Café MAMÉ and Herbert's at EVATT have done just that - and they're thriving. I reckon the secret to their success is not just the (outstanding) food and atmosphere, but the generous warmth of the service and experience - and I recently paid tribute to that in the ACT Legislative Assembly.
