24.01.2022 We are just obsessed with the mushrooms from @Clohsey River Mushrooms & Produce! Such a great quality product so close to home, Chef Jake has decided to share these little beauties with you guys by creating this mushroom special Sautéed local shiitake and oyster mushrooms with beetroot hummus, edamame, toasted pine nuts, local free range poached egg and balsamic glaze on two pieces of toasted sourdough.
