19.01.2022 6 years later and the garden sure has developed! Today is our 6th birthday ... It's been a wild ride and 2020 sure hasn't held any punches! We trudged through the bushfires, rallying as many hospo colleagues to help our firefighters and affected communities by prepping and delivering meals. Covid saw us reinventing the wheel. Again, again and again! No dine in, delivery only! Dine in at different levels, kinda back to normal now but not quite! Our paddock to plate mission with Wolki Farm has kept ramping, keeping the chef's very busy and on their toes, dealing with seasonal surplus and sporadic supply. Covid didn't shut us a day and the team didn't break stride. The whole team has done an amazing job. Special thanks to managers Kylie, Craig and Ann who all pumped in huge hours throughout 2020, worked with the groups best interest at heart and left nothing on the table! Approx 8/10 businesses in Australia fail by year 5. We are very grateful to our community of patrons and supporters who have kept us busy and growing over the years.
