24.01.2022 Our weekday sweets lineup this week from Wednesday 18/11. PANDAN KUIH TALAM (4 pcs $7.50) - Pandan & coconut layered cake CHENG TNG ($8) - Singapore style sweet treasures soup. Our version contains 9 ingredients (some of it very nutritious!); white fungus, red dates, dried longans, gingko nuts, barley, mung bean, pang da hai, dried persimmon & house made agar agar. 21.01.2022 Our specials for the week are now live on our website. CHICKEN HOR FUN, a family favourite inspired by a particular coffee shop stall in Kuala Lumpur. Silky thin rice noodles served with poached dark and white chicken meat, a soy garlic gravy and topped off with crispy garlic and fried chicken skin. LO MAI KAI, steamed glutinous rice with chicken & Chinese mushrooms is back. These make for great lunch or snack options and good to stock in your fridge/freezer. Our CHILLI PRAW...N TOAST BITES, great for sharing, is also back alongside our BAK KWA ROLL. Desserts for the week are also up including a new addition, MUAH CHEE, a well loved Chinese Hokkien snack in Singapore & Malaysia. We will NOT be doing deliveries this coming Saturday (21/11). Sorry! Kuihs as always will still be available for pick up or dine in. ... Feel free to pick and choose as many kuihs as you like to make your own kuih box. The kuihs available are as follows: Left- Kuih Bakar Pisang ($3.50) - Banana baked custard topped with sliced almonds (brand new!). Top Middle- Mung Bean Ang Ku Kuih ($3.50) - Glutinous rice skin with mung bean filling Bottom Middle- Yuzu Chiffon Cake ($5) - Fluffy Yuzu flavoured angel cake Right- Pandan Kuih Kosui ($2) - Pandan flavoured rice cake rolled in grated coconut Please DM us or text 0410468317 to preorder now. PULUT TAI TAI $2.50 - sticky rice laced with blue pea flower extract and topped with our signature kaya/coconut jam PANDAN CHIFFON CAKE $5 - a light fluffy pandan & coconut flavoured sponge well loved by adults & their little ones! 06.01.2022 In addition to bringing all the well known favourites, we take so much joy in learning new recipes and introducing new kuihs that might not be sold elsewhere in Sydney. Meet KUIH BAKAR PISANG, the cousin to our popular Pandan Kuih Bakar. Very similar in texture where it’s smooth and almost like a firm custard, this is made with ripe bananas, coconut milk, eggs & flour (so it’s dairy free) then topped with sliced almonds before baking in the oven. Delicious to enjoy with your morning or afternoon coffee & keeps very well if you want to have it again the next day. Available for the first time this Saturday as part of our Kuih box. If you want to give it a try, we are taking preorders via DM or text on 0410 468 317 now.

05.01.2022 You asked for it so it’s BACK! CLAYPOT LAI FUN, inspired by the famous Lou Shi Fun aka Mouse Noodles of Petaling Street, KL is on the specials board by popular demand. With rain expected for the week, we’re also preparing some Red Bean Soup to warm you up alongside our usual kuih offering. It all starts from Wed this week. Oh! And delivery is off this week so it’s all dine in (which we recommend for optimum enjoyment of the pictured dish) or takeaway only. Delivery resumes next week.
