25.01.2022 NSW Health has advised that a confirmed COVID-19 case had visited the outside veranda area of Café Toscano on Wednesday 16 th December between 6pm and 7:45pm The case is believed to be linked to the Northern Beaches cluster.... If you were in the outside veranda area of Café Toscano on Wednesday 16 th December between 6pm and 7:45pm you should: - immediately self-isolate until Wednesday 30 th December - get tested even if you have no symptoms - watch for COVID-19 symptoms and get retested should any symptoms recur - even if you get a negative test, you must stay in isolation for 14 days as it can take 14 days before you may show symptoms or test positive. Café Toscano is assisting NSW Health. NSW Health is in the process of contacting people who may have been there at the time. The restaurant has been thoroughly cleaned and there is no ongoing risk to the community by visiting the restaurant. Manning Base Hospital Taree COVID-19 Testing Drive-Thru Clinic will be open from 7am to 6pm on Sunday 20 th December (please book by calling 02 6592 9850). 25.01.2022 We want to thank our local community, staff, family & friends for their support during this difficult time. Our venue has been fog-cleaned by Sydney-based COVID-SAFE cleaners, Infoclean, on top of our routine, daily cleaning. Although we have been cleared to reopen by NSW Health, we have decided to remain shut and while all of our staff, whether present on the day or not, get tested, to ensure the safety of everyone in our community.
