19.01.2022 We are still essentially open Let me take you through the essential level of care we’re essentially taking to give you the essential confidence to essentially grab an essential coffee. We check our temperature, regularly clean the area and display this information. We prefer card but still take cash which is handled with gloves only and washed, yes we wash our cash.... There is a normal level of hand washing practice in hospitality, then above that there is our level of handwashing. We blast all contact utensils with hot water before and after use. We are extremely careful of the coffee cup lip and go to efforts not to touch it. Display has been cling wrapped and gets replaced. The ground has been marked so people can practice social distancing. Stay safe everyone!

I’ve felt compelled to try and create a simple map for misty days to share. I bet there’s plenty more stories and secrets we can all add and in time I will but for now let the Cockatoos be your guide!

11.01.2022 Good news! After 47 long, hard days of firefighting, RFS Blue Mountains District has announced that the Grose Valley fire, which burned over 19,000 hectares in the Blue Mountains, has finally been EXTINGUISHED. It originally split off from the Gospers Mountain fire.
