21.01.2022 Cains Plumbing Service - Nic Cains 0411330394 Last week we spoke about adding value with a new bathroom or kitchen renovation. This week we had one of our older clients in The Gap who had a leaking combination in the shower. I took off tiles and fibro sheeting to reveal the leak had already started to water damage the cavity. A replaced combination and retile will now give her years of use. New basin taps and vanity completed the updated look and the client is very happy with the easy turn handles. Usually happens at night when it's dark and you have to fumble to change the gas bottle. Even worse now coming up to winter when the days are shorter and cold. Nic can come out and change your manual LPG gas regulator to an auto gas regulator. In layman's terms when one bottle runs out of gas it automatically switche...s over to the second bottle without you lifting a finger. 11.01.2022 Sometimes it's the little things that can make a huge difference in our lives. One of my lovely older ladies on Mt Nebo road asked me to take a look at her outside hose tap which for years had been held up by a star picket. It leaked and she could hardly turn it on. In a jiffy she now has a solidly mounted, easy to turn on tap to use. I also put in a stop tap so that she could easily turn off water to the home in case of an emergency. She was so pleased and wished she had not put up with the inconvenience for so many years. If this brings to mind something you too have been putting up with please give me a call.

There are so many PC items to choose from it can seem mind numbing to choose the right ones, especially now some of the larger hardware stores are stocking everything you think you could want. Cains Plumbing can help you BEFORE you choose your PC items and give you advice where best to go. There are a number of basins, toilets etc w...hile pleasing to the eye do not meet Australian standards. They are unmarked with make and model and prove difficult if not impossible to find replacement parts when the time comes.
