25.01.2022 Be a little carefully pulling up your pots if youre heading up the cape!

25.01.2022 At midnight this Sunday were reopening ten campsites on the Cape! Rinyirru (Lakefield) National Park (CYPAL) has been closed for the wet season, but on Monday ...the 16th of May all camp sites south of the Lakefield ranger base will be open again. Camping areas north of the Lakefield ranger base will stay closed until we can make sure the roads and camp sites are safe, but if youre heading further north dont forget to visit the beautiful waterfalls in Jardine River National Park and the popular Chilli beach in Kutini-Payamu (Iron Range) National Park (CYPAL). Most Camp sites book out early too so its a good idea to finalise your destination as soon as you can as well :)
