25.01.2022 ***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*** Geez we've certainly stepped into the realm of the unknown now haven't we! I've been contemplating for the last couple of days and have made the decision this morning to move 100% online in order to protect my clients and myself. ... This means that I will unfortunately be halting my massage services and face-to-face consults until I'm assured it is safe to do so. I will still be offering my Naturopathic and Nutrition services online via an online program called Zoom, so if you need any help with stress, sleep, nutrition, etc in the upcoming days, weeks, months, then please remember I can still help support you. I will still be active on social media to keep connected and I'll also be putting together free webinars over the course of the next several weeks to provide general information about a range of conditions. Stay safe, stay calm and stay healthy and please remember I am here for you and we will all weather this storm together and come out stronger on the other side. Kind regards, Alisa

23.01.2022 Merry Christmas! I hope you have a fabulous time relaxing with your loved ones and having your fill of food and beverages Thank you so much for all your love, support and positive vibes during this doozy of a year. Here's hoping that 2021 will be kinder to everyone

21.01.2022 Fun fact about Endo! One of the weird things about endo is that not everyone with endo will experience symptoms, and the amount of endo is not directly related to the pain and other symptoms you feel. A woman with a small lesion the size of a pinky finger nail can experience incredible pain, and a woman who’s abdominal cavity is riddled with it can be asymptomatic. ... It really highlights that everyone is truly unique and individual!

21.01.2022 Let's be blunt: this year is not what any of us had signed up for. Facing the global crisis that is COVID-19, straight off the back of the devastating national crisis of the Bushfires from hell, is something no one had on their vision board for 2020. And like 2020 to date, this Easter long weekend will also not be going as planned for most, of not all of us. ... And while it's a bit sad that we might not be spending this time seeing friends and family members and giving them big hugs and kisses, or enjoying some time away camping, etc - we are making a difference staying at home and keeping the community safe and I hope that beaming ray of positivity will put a smile on your face. Much like this cute little felt bunny did for me Lots of love - Alisa

16.01.2022 I love those moments when you're reminded just how awesome your work buddies are #keyneedstoberecut

12.01.2022 Look what I found this morning - how freakin cute is this! #lovemushrooms

11.01.2022 Well - Axel had a big day of getting pampered at his doggy day spa - thanks @peepsandpawsgrooming Hope everyone has a great weekend

11.01.2022 I usually get all excited in the new year - looking ahead with anticipation of all the good things that'll come, but given how much of a punch to the face 2020 was to me (and a lot of other people), I'm a bit more cautious. One of the things I do to give myself a bit of a laugh and a pick me up is to look through photos of crazy cats (as you do!) and the one attached that I saw a while ago came into my mind straight away when I tried to picture how I felt going into 2021. I ...just can't help but relate to this little one and the mixture of feelings it's going through: Grateful (and surprised) that it survived A bit traumatised and Very suspicious of what is going to happen next... If you resonate with this cat and are feeling a bit roughed up and would like some help to feel more invigorated, less stressed and sleeping better - shoot me a message. Remember, whatever 2021 has in store for us I'm still here for you in your corner Alisa

10.01.2022 So this week I practiced what I preached and have myself a few days off in a row. It was amazing! Hubby and I went to Paranella Park - it was SO great! The pics really don't do it justice! I also spent a day with a friend sorting out my Mum's birthday present (can't elaborate any further as she reads these posts...) I finished off my mini-holiday with a lovely relaxation massage at Refresh City Day Spa - bliss!... I'm back in clinic now and will be catching up with everyone's emails and messages over the next couple of days See more

06.01.2022 I squealed with delight when I saw that my Lily is happy enough to actually flower! Excuse me while I strut around for the rest of the day believing that I'm a Goddess of Nature

05.01.2022 I've re-opened the doors to my lovely clinic on Lake Street I've had to make some changes to my availability for the foreseeable future - so I'll be available: Monday mornings 10 am - 1 pm... Tuesdays 9 am - 6 pm Wednesdays 9 am - 6 pm Saturday afternoons 2:30 - 5 pm I'll still be offering all my services: Naturopathic and Nutrition consultations and Remedial Massage and I will still be doing Online consultations via Zoom if coming into the clinic doesn't work for you
