24.01.2022 Hey boys and girls!! Back open from 5pm today, hard at it peeling prawns and cutting steak for tonight and the week ahead, so come in and see us! Open for la carte dining, takeaway and flat packs. Specials this week:... Prawn and boconcini arancini with a spicy paprika sauce. Penne pasta with smoked chicken, oven roasted garlic and shallots in a cream sauce. Seared eye fillet steak with a peppercorn and brandy sauce on a whipped potato mash. See you soon! Johnny

21.01.2022 Good morning all. Apologies for not following up on my previous post as it has been a horribly trying week. Andrea's mother passed away suddenly on Monday and we had to arrange Andreas departure as quickly as possible back to Slovakia. Unfortunately due to the current state of affairs in Australia and overseas, I am unable to leave and Andrea has to be stronger than ever before. Thank you for all the care and love shown in my last post, it is much appreciated. ... Sunday and Monday closure will be in place until I get organised with staff and myself. Entree: Grilled Prosciutto wrapped Scallops drizzled in a burre blanc, served with and artichoke and herb salad. $22 Pasta: Slow Roasted Goat Ragu with tomato and onion, through out house made Tagliatelle. 18.01.2022 Premium Tableland Eye fillet sliced paper thin, a dusting of sea salt, cracked pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, spicy rocket lettuce and parmesan shavings, with some toasted ciabatta bread. Still one of the favourite entrees at La Fettuccina from day one. Have you tried it yet?

09.01.2022 Hello All. Due to some personal family occurrences, La Fettuccina will be closing on SUNDAYS and MONDAYS until further notice. We will be open Tuesday's to Saturday's as normal from 5pm each day. 07.01.2022 How good is this weather!!! Except for the heat maybe..... New specials for this week:... Entree: Deep fried soft shell crab with a dill mayonnaise and salad. Pasta: House made linguine in a creamy lemon zest sauce with shallots, sauteed scallops and topped with crispy prosciutto. Dessert: Our own profiteroles filled with a vanilla custard cream and drizzled in liqueur chocolate. See you all soon!

03.01.2022 So that time of the year is fast approaching again. The dreaded Christmas and New Years Eve....lol. If you haven't booked your Christmas function get in soon as due to current State Government regulations we are still limited to 50 persons at any one time. Currently this also applies to New Years Eve, (possibly subject to change if the government wakes up to itself). The main thing to report is: We will be closed for the week of Christmas from the 20th till the 28th of December so the staff can spend the time with family and friends. I will be answering the phone, but don't panic if we are not there, we are just on a week downtime.....
