25.01.2022 Inflatables are heaps of fun. They can raise some safety questions 1 Supervision, is your child struggling out of sight? Keeping checking in with your child, even the ones that can swim can get tired. 2. Will your child panic if they fall off? Practise the cycle, fall off and swim to the side, to create an automatic response. #swimsafe #happyunicorns

25.01.2022 Bubbles, we spend lots of time bubbling. Breath control; it keeps you calm, gives you more time to execute your stroke, stops you inhaling the water, let’s you dive to the bottom more easily and develop a breathing pattern to reduce fatigue. #imforeverblowingbubbles

23.01.2022 Hi guys! Holiday heads up, I am running 30min sessions, weekday mornings! I currently have spaces between 9am and 10:30. It is first come first served, but you can choose between an intensive block, a one off top up/make up, or a set of sessions that fit your schedule. Message, to book in or ask questions!
