25.01.2022 Well it's February 2020 and I guess it is time to start organizing the Cairns Swap Meet which is on the Sunday 9th August. We are looking at this stage if any of the attendees and supporters have some ideas for a worth while kids charity for this year based around Cairns with all money donated to stay in the area. They are a Live wild hybrid rocka-rockabilly played fast and furious with originality .Red Dice is not like the others they have their own unique sound .So thank you for coming on board with 5 days to go.

17.01.2022 Handing over $1800 to Redlynch Razorbacks JRLC

16.01.2022 Evening Everyone, This afternoon we were able to do the handovers to our charities for 2019. This brings this years Swap Meet to a close. On behalf of organisers I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Cairns general public and all the sponsors, vendors, participants & volunteers who helped make this year’s Cairns Swap Meet such a success and raised a great total for our major & minor charities which this year were the Indie Rose Foundation and Redlynch Razorbacks ...Junior Rugby League Club . We were able to hand Indie Rose Foundation a cheque for $12000 and the Redlynch Razorbacks JRLC a cheque for $1800. The car, bike and truck show is held in conjunction with the swap meet and gives enthusiasts the opportunity to show their vehicles to other enthusiasts and the general public. Many hours have been spent by the owners restoring and detailing their vehicles. For those of you who don’t know, the charity we select each year must benefit & focus on assisting children and funds are to be used locally. Not including this year, the last 13 years we have handover about $138 000. Thank you to the Cairns Post for your coverage of our event before and after. Likewise thank you to 7NEWS Cairns , WIN News Cairns, ABC North Queensland and Star 102.7 Cairns. Without all those things the day would not have been a huge success. 15.01.2022 To All our Loyal Sponsors & Fantastic Supporters, In view of the current circumstances unfortunately we have had to make the hardest of calls and cancel the Cairns Swap Meet and Car,Bike & Truck show on the 9th of August 2020 this year. If circumstances change we will notify on here hopefully some normal activities can resume. We will be back next year with a tentative date of Sunday 8th of August 2021....
