21.01.2022 Have you seen the Chefmaster Colour Charts .... thought I would use done if the new Vizyon White Chocolate Modelling paste and test out the chart .. I made Moss Green , Avocado Green and Dark Blue .... my Avocado is very dark but looks like a true avo green .. my blue looks more royal than navy .... but I’ve had the colour mixing wheel in store for a few weeks now . 21.01.2022 Just like that I coloured the white all different shades of blue using all kinds of colours ....and it worked well with paste colours , gel colours and powders .... this could be so great especially if you don’t like working with Fondant ...so worth a try ...comes in 1 kg tub ...white or dark chocolate .... 21.01.2022 Happy Smiles yesterday afternoon Pretty Cupcakes .. learning how to prepare & hold a piping bag , colouring buttercream with gel paste food colours , using chocolate moulds & colouring chocolate , fondant colouring marbling , rolling out fairly thin using butterfly cutters and letting them dry , silicon moulds understanding how to create the perfect embossed flowers , having a lot of fun !! Loved having the girls , thank you to the parents who bring them along so I can share some of my endless knowledge. School Holiday classes over now till January 2021 ! 14.01.2022 Airbrushing really develops your cake decorating skills . Teaches you more patience , ( yes I know like we need more !!) more calm , better colour shading skills , but the one that’s outstanding .... how not to scream out loud when you’ve realised that the airbrush has spread a light film of whatever colour you have been using throughout the entire house !!! OMG OMG !!!!So .....when purchasing one of these incredible light weight easy stored airbrush kits I will mention to either do outside or grab a huge box which you can use as a spray booth .... now that’s the best tip I can give you ...Cake Rescue always here always ready with tips and helpful creative ideas to help you in your Cakey journey ! Vizyon brand Fondant in 16 colours in smaller packs is really great to use . I find it strong , can be rolled thinner than some brands . The velvet cake mixes I have tried .. come in a 1 kg pack easy instructions and what’s amazing for me personally , one of the few brands that uses natural food colours to achieve some incredible shades like orange , purple ..., black , green and red ( thats a fact I’m allergic to anything that has yellow number 102 colouring so natural is perfect ) ..
