21.01.2022 Ending our Paw Patrol bake month was the 2 tiered Adventure Bay Lookout Cake for a mad Paw Patrol fan! A top tier of Lemon Sponge with Lemon Buttercream and my Tangy Lemon Curd. And a bottom tier of everyone’s favourite Chocolate Cake with SMB! To achieve a smoother finish with the fondant I also tried out a crumb coat of White Choc Ganache for the Lemon Sponge and Dark Choc Ganache for the Chocolate Sponge and it worked a treat!
