23.01.2022 50th Wedding Anniversary Cake went to Bribie Island today. Love the two tier celebration cake but still want to do a 4-5tier one if I have any takers. Flavour: Dark red velvet with smooth white truffle ganache sprayed gold, and topped with 3 different flavoured choc shards/bark, berries, and handmade sugar roses.

11.01.2022 Huge corporate order this week at Cake Events (& it's only me making everything) 3 dessert cakes and 11 doz cupcakes to make tonight for a pick up at 9am in the morning. Then for the rest of the week I have another 19 dessert cakes, and 13 doz cupcakes in 6 different dessert flavours to make for the rest of the week. Welcome to the festive season - it's that time of year everyone has a massive sweet tooth it seems. Busy busy to say I'm exhausted already would be an understatement the 23rd can't come quick enough. Great to be busy and a huge thanks to everyone this year for heaps of referrals and return customers. Stay tuned for more photos of all the yummy cupcakes and celebration cakes over the next couple of days.

06.01.2022 Happy Birthday Andrew! I'm loving making these new style celebration cakes. Would love to make a 3-5 tier version if anyone is planning on having a big party in the new year or wedding. This flavour was white mud with vanilla bean buttercream.
