21.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: As of today Cake It Special will no longer be open as a retail store. Sorry to all our loyal customers, this is a decision I have struggled with for a while, however I'm at a time where I need to be concentrating on my family and unfortunately the retail store is taking too much time away from this. 10.01.2022 Phew, absolutely exhausted after the amazing wedding cakes I delivered today, will be posting pics as soon as I can! Thanks to my new Rose Queen Louise too, beautiful job!

09.01.2022 So as if I wasn't already exhausted I spent Monday with 7 other lovely people at Tafe making approx 3,000 croissants and Danishes from scratch! I promise I'll be back on deck catching up on emails soon!!
