23.01.2022 2 tier 21st cake based upon invitation colours Top tier. Lemon cream cheese cake with lemon curd/italian meringue buttercream Bottom. Rich chocolate cake with salted caramel/italian meringue. All covered in fondant and handmade/pressed flowers.

23.01.2022 2nd cake of the night done. Gluten free chocolate with vanilla buttercream and hand cut fondant Minnie Mouse.

21.01.2022 First cake of the night done. Gluten free vanilla with vanilla buttercream and hand made Peppa Pig.

18.01.2022 Mammoth cake delivered. Phew!!! Vanilla and chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. Hand cut and peiced fondant topper for the Uni SA Eagles.

17.01.2022 Sneak peak of tomorrows cake. 18 eggs. 9 cups sugar. 21 cups flour. 1.5kg butter. 2kg buttercream. Plus fondant. Makes for a massive cake!

16.01.2022 Zebra stripe white chocolate mud Monster High cake. Filled and covered in jersey caramel buttercream with jersey caramel peices. Covered in purple/black Zebra stripes. Non-edible Monster high lego topper.

14.01.2022 Yesterdays cakes. Vanilla cake with multi colour vanilla buttercream. Handmade bag and shoes (nonedible gold decoration and strap). Chocolate cake filled with salted caramel. Decorated with chocolate ganashe, vanilla buttercream and lindt chocolates.

08.01.2022 Its been a while since my last post, but it felt good to get my bake on. Vanilla heart eyes emoji cake with vanilla buttercream. Chocolate poopy emoji cupcakes with chocolate buttercream. This is the first time I have intentionally made chocolate cupcakes look like poop.
