24.01.2022 3 tall tiers of sweet love! Semi naked, choc mud with ganache and vanilla buttercream, with a rich choc ganache drip. Beautifully adorned with stunning posies of roses from Jenna at Broome Florist. Set up at Broome Civic Centre. Congratulations to the lovely Couple.

23.01.2022 These 2 chocolate platters were to accompany a rather large naked style carrot cake at a recent Wedding Reception held at Zanders Restaurant Cable Beach. The Bride wanted to offer something a little more indulgent to her guests as well as the more traditional slice of wedding cake. It was a lovely change doing something like this, with most things already made for me, and i just had to open a packet, cut and present. Except for the brownies which i made, and the choc dipped strawberries of course. Needless to say , Miss 8 was very happy with the pieces i couldnt fit on. Lol!

I hope you enjoyed yr cake and the bonus Decopak hulk smash toy kit, that's yours to play with, long after the last crumb is devoured. 21.01.2022 Oh i loved how this little beauty turned out for Miss Molly last week. First time trying buttercream frills and had strict instructions by the birthday girl about the colour. The smile on her dial made me think i nailed it.

20.01.2022 80s themed cake for Annettes 50th. Gees i felt like id stepped into a time warp when i delivered this one during the party. There was legwarmers and fluro leotards everywhere. I think i even saw Warrick Kappa make an appearance!

20.01.2022 This beautiful set up was for a local couples Wedding Reception held at the Billi recently. It was themed around the beach with rows of delicate seashells adorning the guests tables. My part was the salty, seafoam, sea mist inspired cake and cookies. With 2 more slabs in the fridge to feed all the guests. With donuts by the lovely Miss Shannon from Teacher Bake Create. And off course Lauren Gray from Sunsets Hire who always does a magnificent job of styling and creating these fairytale receptions. Seriously. All these amazing Wedding venders in Broome make my cakes look 10times better than they do in the ktchen. Lol!!

20.01.2022 Sooo....this happened last week. So exciting. Got my logo embroidered onto an apron and chef jacket, for special occasions, markets,, classes, photos ect. Looks every bit as fabulous in embroidery. I even got mini me a matching delivery uniform, seen as though shes with me on all of them. And most of the time ends up holding them.

17.01.2022 Aussie Day Wedding! Vanilla Madeira with Vanilla bean buttercream through the layers. An indulgent chocolate ganache drip, finished with white and milk chocolate dipped strawberrys.

17.01.2022 Unfortunately my schedule is at capacity until further notice. If i have recieved yr deposit we have a date. If not, im sorry but my books are closed for the moment. I do not have time to bargain prices with people. Nor do i have time to chase up payments. My time is very precious to me and my daughter. And i can take up to 12hrs on a single $100 cake, because i take my work seriously. If you are looking for a cheap cake, Coles is open 7 days. I just need a break to clear my current orders and reassess my priorities. 13.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Due to The Broome Shires new Home kitchens regulations, i will no longer be taking orders for birthday cakes, cupcakes, engagement, babtism ect and everything in between. The good news however is i am currently open to take Wedding Cake orders for the 2020 season. As i will be hiring a commercial kitchen for these orders. Larger celebrations and corporate functions will also be considered. As i have to be able to cover rental fees. In the past i have had the lux...ury of minimal overheads and the flexability to work around my little Yazzys needs when she was a tot. Helping me to keep prices down a bit. But unfortunately if im going to be able to continue to offer my services to Broomes Wedding Industry, this is the only way i can see at the moment. Unless someone has a dirt cheap space i can convert into a bakery. My appologies for any disappointment and for those that i have missed replying to about birthday cakes ect. You may see the odd cookie stall pop up around the place over the next couple of months as they are not in the same category as buttercream and ganache cakes. But once again, just recapping. I am only open to take orders for Wedding Cakes in 2020 atm. Thanks everyone for yr continued support over the past 8 years. It has enabled this single mumma to be there for my number 1 reason,... Whilst ive tried to get back to a few of you, this whole "School Holiday Thing" is making it extremely difficult to achieve very much at all. So thank you for your patience, and come first week of Feb i will sit down and work through the list of queries. I am currently working on putting together some sort of chart with pricing, flavours, serving sizes, added fee...s ect. So i have something to flik everyone initially.
