25.01.2022 A little drip cake for a gentlemen celebrating his 80th Birthday. White choc mud cake filled with raspberry coulis and buttercream/ganache. Choc drip with metallic spheres and choccies.

25.01.2022 This simple but elegant cake was fun to design. Hiding inside was white choc mud cake filled with Italian Meringue Buttercream, berry coulis and a berry crumb. Finished with edible lace and a topper made by me. Happy Birthday Kirsten!

24.01.2022 Theres no Otter like you One of my all time favs. A surprise weekend was planned for a gorgeous gal celebrating her 40th Birthday & as hubby loves silly puns, we incorporated into the cake with her favourite flower.... 24.01.2022 Some of you that know me well, know I wear my heart on my sleeve. I <3 baking, creating and caking and bringing joy to others through cake with my craft. Yesterday it was with mixed emotion that i decided to create a little something for a dear friend of mine. Friday 24th April 2020 should have been her wedding day but like so many things had to be put on the backburner to keep us all safe and well. I deeply believe if we all help each other we will ALL get through these tough times. Now, heres Happy Birthday to a a cool kid entering into teenage hood. Take the world by storm kiddo The cake - hiding inside the chocolate mud cake is a Italian Meringue Buttercream loaded with Oreo crumb. On the outside, an isomalt feature that took more goes than I will admit too. Thank goodness it can just be re-heated! 02.01.2022 I just love creating beautiful cakes for beautiful couples. Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Wood. Chocolate mud cake filled with my delicious salted caramel and whipped (with loads of butter) choc ganache. This one was so yummy that I even got a text from the chef once he served it to the guests to show the deliciousness. Accents included 6 carat white gold leaf and beautiful floral/greenery from Emma and Tom. Topper by Quick Creations. This beauty was delivered to Old Red and served by Hand Made Catering.

It was such a beautiful day and i wish the newly weds Mr & Mrs H the biggest congrats <3 Handmade edible wafer paper flowers adorned a rustic buttercream/whipped ganache finish. Inside was choc mud cake loaded with Kahlua and whipped ganache and white choc mud cake filled with strawberry coulis and whipped ganache.
