15.01.2022 I use only real chocolate (couverture from Belgium) in my cakes and decorations. Real chocolate contains cocoa butter NOT vegetable oil which you get in compound/candy melts among other nasties they add. You can definitely taste the difference! And you can't beat the shine and snap of a properly tempered chocolate...yeaaahhhh Get real. U are worth it.
