23.01.2022 i'v started a new job which i love so i have been focused on this more at the moment but will get back to doing more cakes soon. 22.01.2022 Well my girl turns 5 very soon and i asked her what kind of cake she would like her answer was just do the cakes that you make for me mum you pick...woo hoo So after a few hours yesterday trying to work out her cake it has been decided. I will be baking later today for the first time in ages going to feel good.

18.01.2022 Well lots of planning and a mexican standoff over a cake, one little girl was asked and kept changing her mind so i decided on the cake as she said mum just use your brain to come up with an idea. Ok thanks Ava..I'm going to do a ladybird cake noooooooo i want a lego cake. Big sigh

17.01.2022 I had the pleasure of making this wedding cake for a beautiful Bride. I hope she loved it just as much as I loved making it. The cake was a Dark chocolate mud cake layered with chocolate ganache then frosted with cheesecake flavoured frosting. The beautiful cake board is from Rustic Timber.

08.01.2022 I was given the opportunity to do a cake for a display at the recent Wedding Expo that was on last weekend.
