24.01.2022 {OPEN} Soo much interest in the cafe over the last week! I’ve had people knocking at the door every day to get in I’m open every THURSDAY & FRIDAY from 8am - 4pm. ... Thank you so much for all of your love & support so far! We’ll be back again from 8am Thursday with fridges full of cake, a freezer full of icecream, cups full of coffee & a cafe full of smiles! Finish prep & order list.... Type up procedures & cleaning schedule. Paint my pots ready for plants. Taste test new icecream flavours. Contact suppliers & finalise orders. Holy moly it’s been full steam ahead since the day I decided to make the move to a bigger space... a very short 7 weeks has gone very quickly & we’ve been bussssyyy!! Today was my 32nd birthday & I’m feeling super blessed to be where I am in life right now!! I’m bloody tired but I’m also extremely grateful!!! 08.01.2022 {Staff Christmas Party!} We made the most of our week off from the cafe and had our Christmas party! My first year as a boss with staff to actually have a Christmas Party!! ... I made sure it was one to remember!! The whole night was a surprise for the girls! We started off at the cafe with a grazing box from @theharvestcentralwest and drinks, we got creative and painted terracotta pots - we will plant some herbs and edible flowers for the cafe! Next surprise was @centralwestlimousines arriving to pick us up for the next part of our party! The excitement was real and their reaction was priceless!! We drove around Dubbo and kept the girls guessing where we were going next! Dinner at @alchemy_victoria The most amazing wood fired pizzas, arancini and BYO drinks Finally Sarah picked us up again in the limo for our final surprise... dessert, cocktails and games at @theestablishmentbardubbo Having employees is new to me but I know how important great staff are! I really loved showing my appreciation for the hard work these cool chicks have put into my cafe so far!! Bring on more fun adventures!! And thank you to these great local businesses for helping to make our night so great!!

Do you know how many options there are for the roll for a bacon & egg roll or different brands of coffee syrup & hot chocolate powder!!? ... 02.01.2022 {Staff wanted for Amy’s} Looking to add to our already amazing team! Bright, energetic person required for busy cafe. Must be reliable, flexible & able to work well with a team. Purple hair optional ... THREE positions available - 2 x front of house team members 1 x chef/kitchen assistant ~ Responsibilities ~ Front of house - serving customers, making & preparing drinks / coffees, milkshakes etc, cleaning, washing dishes. Customer service! kitchen assistant - preparing & packaging food, baking, some cake decorating, general food prep, cleaning, washing dishes, some front of house duties eg. Making milkshakes, serving customers, cleaning. ~ Requirements ~ All positions must have experience in hospitality & must be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment. Must be clean and tidy & take pride in personal appearance. Front of house - barista experience and knowledge necessary but training can be done for the right person. Must be trained in good food hygiene/handling. Must have customer service experience. kitchen assistant - Qualifications not essential. Commercial Kitchen experience a must. Baking experience a plus. Must be trained in good food hygiene/handling. Cafe open 8am - 4pm Thursday & Friday. Approx 20 hours. With more days & hours added in the future as the cafe hours expand. Immediate start!
