15.01.2022 Hey guys, long time between posts Ive been pretty busy in the Cakes by Carrie-Lee kitchen. Along with all your wedding cake orders and consultations, every year I enter into the Royal Melbourne Show Cookery Competition. Today I have the pleasure in announcing that I won multiple awards including Best in Show Cookery, Best in Show Cupcake and Best in Show Cookie!!! Pictured below are my winning entries. 14.01.2022 Stacey & Paul - October 2016 "What can I say, the cake was perfect!!!! Everybody commented on how amazingly beautiful it was and it tasted even better!! It was so good that that our guests preferred the cake over their desserts! The cake bags were useless as there was none left to take home. We also lived it so much we cut the top tier in half so we could have some more before we froze it for our anniversary."... Thanks Stacey for your lovely feedback! It was a pleasure creating the weeding cake of your dreams!

01.01.2022 Erinn - Oct 2016 - Quat Quatta, Ripponlea "Carrie was charming, relaxed and hilarious when we met her. She put us at ease and was open to discussion regarding our cake design. Although we had something in mind, she made recommendations that led to an even more beautiful cake than we had originally planned. All of the cakes we tried in her tasting were delicious and she was a clear stand out for us on taste alone. We were extremely happy with our cake on the day, with Carrie herself (she was really easy to work with and absolutely on top of everything) and is very reasonably priced. A pleasure and we would definitely recommend her!"

01.01.2022 Mel & Ben - Oct 2016 - Chateau Wyuna This gorgeous two tier wedding cake was delivered to the most stunning venue! It was decorated beautifully for Mel & Bens wedding. The delicious wedding cake was alternating chocolate and vanilla sponge filled with vanilla bean buttercream and a raspberry coulee. The cake was designed by the bride and groom and incorporated an ombre rose ruffle and individually placed pearls to match the colour of the wedding.... Congratulations again to Mel & Ben! See more
