23.01.2022 Min and Baydens wedding today. I still got it! congrats to such a beautiful couple and have a long and happy life together. This cake had me up at 3am this morning, delivered by 7.30 in Wollongong then home for the quickest get ready for work session ever.. made it to work by 8.15.. but it was a joy to make for two lovelies xxxx

To all my creative baking friends and family out there, its time again to ask for cupcake/cookies/gingerbread houses and whatever your baking skills come up with - to donate to WESLEYS CHRISTMAS LUNCH for the homeless, underprivileged and people with no-one. Each year your amazing donations of home cook goodies and pressies are so greatly appreciated and become desert at the Christmas Day Lunch. We cant do without them and complete a ve...ry special day. Please let me know if you are in again this year. Ive already had a few ask me about it. Any newbies interested are more than welcome. Your goodies can be dropped at Wesley Mission Wollongongs kitchen in the building behind the church by 11am on Christmas Eve, to my house on the Sunday 23rd or my office at Helloworld Figtree by 1pm on the 24th also. 12.01.2022 OK Cake lovers, its that time again!! Christmas Cupcake call-out to all my beautiful friends for the Wesley Mission Christmas Lunch for the homeless and underprivileged in our community. Last year we had such a wonderful response with beautiful Gingerbread houses, brilliant Christmas cupcakes and lollie-bags. Lets do it again! We need around 300 cupcakes to give out at the lunch, to people who really appreciate it.
