05.01.2022 The annual TEA (Technology Education Association) Professional development course. Attended two days. Two dessert related workshops today. One of the workshops, I learnt amazing dietary related dessert recipes and techniques from pastry chef Tiffany Jones! The second learnt more amazing buttercream piping techniques. Had such a fun day, just as much fun as last year.
