This cake is for a very special lady turning 21 in the middle of a pandemic and her family wanting to make it really special for her. I was given 3 favourite flavours to choose from for the filling so I used them all . This little rose gold creation is a white chocolate mud cake with 1 layer of crunchie flavoured buttercream, 1 layer of choc chip and the last is Oreo. I really hope this makes the birthday girl’s day really special

01.01.2022 Today is a very special friends birthday, a significant birthday that needed to be celebrated with cake . Instead of one cake I decided to do 2 mini cakes. An elegant/decadent one which was a white chocolate mud cake with a home made raspberry coulis and lemon curd filling. This one was decorated with a buttercream stencil and a touch of gold leaf. Next was a bright fun one, this one was a caramel mud cake filled with a white chocolate buttercream and a salted caramel filling. Decorated brightly and made with lots of love.
