25.01.2022 This gorgeous gal had her 20th birthday and her sweet Mum wanted a gluten/dairy free chocolate cake for her. I must admit dairy free is a bit out of my comfort zone. I took the plunge and even made a dairy free Swiss meringue buttercream now I am not afraid anymore of this combination cake yaaas!
