19.01.2022 One of my best customers is having a birthday so her mum organised a cake for her in secret I present, the Mimco Sparkle Clutch cake! Chocolate Mud cake with chocolate ganache. Cutch is decorated with sugar crystals. Happy Birthday, Janai! I am so happy I got to do a cake for you for a change :)

17.01.2022 Super excited for this cake! I was honoured to make a cake for a beautiful family who are impatiently awaiting the arrival of a special little baby boy. He is to set to arrive in the next few weeks. I did the baby shower cake for his big brother too Congratulations Gabby!! Can't wait to hear when bubba arrives :) I know a nanna who is super pumped!!

15.01.2022 Gorgeous Isabella turned 6 and requested a Mermaid cake. It shimmers and sparkles ( because who wants a dull mermaid? ) Buttercake with Chocolate Butetrcream filing, buttercream finish with edible decorations Watch out Isabella, your brother has his eye on the fish!! 4th cake I have made for this little girl, hopefully many more to come. 08.01.2022 Hi to all my wonderful supporters, I hope your all staying safe! I have to advise I will be taking a 6months break from cakes. The orders I have will be honoured but no more will be taken. My youngest little apprentice Levi has to have an operation. With this surgery, we will be required to stay in the hospital for 7-10 days. As we are on the cancellation list, we could be called at any moment to have the surgery. And moving forward there will be a steep learning curve and it will be challenging so I need to focus 100% of my attention on my family. So I have 2 or 3 cakes in the next few weeks then this page will be quiet for a bit. Thanks so much for all your support, I will be back :)
