05.01.2022 This weeks Peppa Pig cake was a dietary challenge. It needed to be dairy & egg free. The cake is vanilla, with a dark chocolate coconut cream ganache. It is a version of 'Depression Cake' a recipe developed when eggs & dairy were not readily available. The pinwheels were made from craft paper & work with a breeze.
