02.01.2022 As of the 1st Jan 2021, no cake is booked in unless a 50% deposit is paid. This deposit is also non refundable if cancelled within 4 weeks of the cake. As I am becoming busy and book out approx 4 weeks in advance I have to enforce these terms as I am turning away so many people once I am booked out and its not fair on me or them if you say "book it in" and then you decide to cancel 1 week before because I haven't enforced deposits and have relied on an honesty system. New terms will be added to my order forms and no cake is booked in unless you receive the order form and a deposit is paid within 48 hours. Thanks Deanna.
