11.01.2022 Just let you know we always use fresh vegetables from our loved market(Jenny's stall from Rusty's market). All veggies and fruits from Tablelands or ANZ(sometimes we use avocados from New Zealand). Guacamole(avocado salsa), Pico(tomato salsa) and so on made just before the service. So, we guarantee you we use very fresh ingredients every single day. That means we work so hard for our customers Our chef Brian Seo is happy to go Rusty's every Friday and Sunday If you are wondering just come and check if they are fresh or not
