22.01.2022 To all the Latte Art Lovers, I personally recommend this for you to practice for a better achievement. Properly rotating cup is as important as pouring patterns efficiently. Fill a half of the cup with a water at your start, slowly top it up as you get comfortable. Good luck!

14.01.2022 I still feel like it was just yesterday and now I see myself here where I am. In 2008, impulsively relocated to Melbourne with only $470 in hand. Come to think of it, that was an absolute insane challenge to my life but it surely was inevitable and worth it in the end. Being an Asian barista back in the days in 2008 was not so easy in Melbourne. Not only the Asian baristas were rarely seen in this scene but also some customers wouldnt even come to the Asian baristas for thei...r coffee. Took me a very long time for earning the acceptance from the conservative customers. Yes, It was very different back then. I had been through unexplainable ups and downs but long story short, I fortunately survived from a long deep painful tunnel and finally represented Australia, won the World Championship in Gothenburg, Sweden in 2015. Thanks to Australian Specialty Coffee Association, judges, competitors, volunteers, media, magazines, sponsors, mentors, friends and supporters. Words cannot express how happy I am for the World Championships enormously booming to another level each year. Furthermore each Champions became iconic in this industry. Really happy for you guys. Well done. 2020 is different but lets not give up. Hope to see all stands up again for each other and move forward altogether. Until then Ill still be here for the moment. We can do it. Lets do it.

02.01.2022 Simply beautiful, back to the basics. 7 layers stacked tulip demonstration. We all started from this so shouldnt be forgotten. Latte Art is definitely like a physical training. If you wish to look great in suit you have to carve your body shape. This includes so much sweat, endurance and motivation. Imagine youre successfully completed the training and the audience starts complimenting your beautiful shape! Thats the way it is. Dont give up until you get there. Lets do it!!
