What I do in a day: Get to the office around 8:00 - 8:30, check my IRE app for any inspections I have in the upcoming week and weekend. I process all the application as quick as I can, call all enquiries, getting applications approved and sent out all required documents. With all my admin done for the day, I head out and do my open home inspections, after each inspections I do up a report for all owners to let them know how their property went! I would say 60% of the time I am on the road! Hence why I love this job, it gives me a chance to go outside and chat with clients and be in the sun!"
