21.01.2022 Had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Lewis over a couple of beers recently. A humble, fascinating man with some extraordinary stories. Lewis' fascination for wildlife, his inborn desire to hunt and the chance meeting with a man that was destined to become one of his mentors, laid the foundation for why Lewis wanted to become a true hunter. His journey has seen him travel far and wide; the path he has taken has had many twists and turns, it's the origin of a dream that... he would one day take the South Pacific 15. He has cut-trail, wrangled horses and hunted his way through the rugged Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, he has been a hunting guide in New Zealand for a number of years. Most noteworthy of all, is the fact that he is still married to the same beautiful wife and still has that burning desire to want to get up into the mountains and hunt the animals he loves. Lewis has compiled almost 23 years of hunting adventures into his new beautifully presented book 'I Did It my Way - The South Pacific 15'. A must read for the avid outdoors person in us all or a great gift for the someone who is hard to buy for! Only $65 and money well spent.
